- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The Pike/San Isabel National Forests, Cimarron/Comanche National Grasslands, Pueblo, Colorado has a requirement for Certified Water Operator Services. This service consists of operating and maintaining water systems in accordance with Safe Drinking Water Regulations (5 CCR 1003-1, Colorado Primary Drinking Water Regulations) located in several Colorado counties. This service requires at a minimum, a valid Colorado level "1" Distribution Operator License and a Colorado Class "B" Water Operator license. The proposed service will be a firm-fixed price contract. The contract is anticipated to be a base year contract- Oct 1, 2014 -Sep 30,2015 and 5 option years. Interested vendors response to this synopsis shall include the following information: Name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued. Type of business size Brief capabilities statement and past performance Interested Offerors shall respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis no later than 4:00 PM (MST) March 3, 2014.
