Description

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY MARITIME, PUGET SOUND IS SEEKING QUOTATIONS FOR A FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR PINDLE BEARINGS. DUE TO AN URGENCY REQUIREMENT THE SOLICITATION PERIOD WILL BE SHORTENED AND OFFERORS WILL HAVE APPROXIMATELY 5 DAYS TO RESPOND. ALL OFFERORS MUST BE CORRENTLY REGISTERED IN SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM). DELIVERY TERMS ARE FOB DESTINATION IS BREMERTON, WA WITH AN ANTICIPATED DELIVERY BEING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF AWARD. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON OR AROUND 14 FEB 2014. All responsible sources may submit a bid proposal or quotation which shall be considered by DLA Maritime. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed.
