This is for 3 orders with quantities of 5, 12, and 15; all are going to Burlington NJ for export. 8030-00-149-0335 UI: BX ANTISEIZE COMPOUND: DESCRIPTION A silicone and molybdenum disulfide based, antiseize compound for use in temperatures to 450 degrees F and contains corrosion preventatives and lubricants. Listed here are some of the salient properties of this product, Form: Paste, Color: Dark Gray, Density: 2071kg/m3, Specific Gravity: App 2.55, Viscosity: 100cSt per ASTM D445, Percent Volatile: App 39.81, and Flash Point: 572F( 300C ) Penisky-Martens Closed Cup. Size: 15 oz container. 12 containers of compound shall be packaged as a shipping container. Shelf life code: 4 (12 months) Maximum age on delivery: 2 months Bel Ray Co. product Molylube Anti-Seize Silicone Compound With Moly, part number 14600-CBT or equal. See attached for complete item purchase description Offers of equal items must include an MSDS and the complete salient characteristics of the product being offered. Award will be based on (1) Price, (2) Shipment Days, (3) Past Performance. (1) Price will be evaluated first and is most important. Price Break Quantities are requested for this procurement. If price breaks are offered, all prices for each price break quantity will be averaged into one value for evaluation purposes only. (2) Shipment is requested in 30 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Shipment is the second most important factor. In the case that one or more vendors are equal in price, award will be made to the best shipment time under the required 30 DARO. (3) Acceptable Past Performance is required for award. Past Performance will be evaluated based upon PPIRS/FAPIIS reports. To be determined acceptable a vendor must receive an overall past performance rating of "Satisfactory" or higher through the PPIRS/FAPIIS reports. If no PPIRS/FAPIIS reports are available, a vendor will receive a "Neutral" rating and be determined Acceptable.
