Registration Form (Added 13 Feb 14) INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT (See attached Registration Form): POCs for Industry Day Event: Primary Point of Contact: Mr. Stan McKinney, ETCC Program manager, E-mail:. Stanley.mckinney@us.af.mil Alternate Point of Contact: Robert Wright, ETCC, E-mail: Robert.d.wright@us.af.mil Tinker Air Force Base, Enterprise Tinker Commodity Council (ETCC) will conduct an Industry Day concerning Constant Speed Drive (CSD) parts supportability. The purpose of the event is to gather market research while providing information on the CSD program, inform industry of potential program requirements, competition timelines, and to provide a Question & Answer (Q&A)/networking opportunity. Date of Planned Industry Day: 27 March 2014 / 12:00-4:00 PM, CST Location: Tinker Business Industrial Park (TBIP) 2601 Liberty Parkway (29th Street & Sooner Road) Building 2, Conference Room "A" Midwest City, OK The questions and answers will be posted prior to release of any Request For Proposal. This announcement is not a contract, Request For Proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. There are no attendance fees for this event, and the Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. The ETCC will provide information about the CSD program requirements and have individual one-on-one, 15 minute, Q&A sessions, these sessions are by appointment only and will be on a 15 minute cadence so please do not exceed your allocated time. Registration: Companies planning to attend the CSD Industry Day are required to register no later than 10 March 2014 (Please identify the company's attendees and indicate if you plan to attend an individual one-on-one session). Registration is open to United States Government Agencies and their Contractors only. Attendees are required to identify their positions within the company they represent. Three attendees will be allowed per Company. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of registration. Attendee substitution requests may be submitted to the same points of contact no later than 21 March 2014. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt. Companies responding to this request should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned business, HUBZONE small business and/or service disabled veteran-owned small business. Please inform us if your company intends to perform the work as the prime contractor or if you desire to subcontract with a prime contractor, or if your company intends to partner with the Tinker AFB Propulsion Depot Maintenance Organization as a sub-contractor. Ensure your response contains your company's name, street address, point of contact with phone number, email address, and company web page URL. All responses must be unclassified. The Government will not reimburse any preparation costs. Day of Event: Attendees are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes in advance to permit sufficient time for check-in. This is an UNCLASSIFIED event; no clearances are required. Attendees must present a valid photo ID (driver's license, military ID, company ID or passport) matching the attendee information submitted to gain entry into the event. Comments, Clarifying Questions, and Responses: Questions should be limited to matters not involving classified and/or business proprietary matters. At any time after receipt of comments/questions, the Government reserves the right to contact respondents for further clarification of the submittal. A potential Bidder's List will be compiled from responses to the RFI and Industry Day registrations. Additionally, Industry Day presentations and questions received from potential offerors and Government responses will be posted through FedBizOpps. Any additional updates and timelines will be posted through FedBizOpps.
