- 13 FEBRUARY 2014 INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR 18 FEBRUARY PHONECON The Government's Q&A #8 posting of 7 February 2014, stated the following: "The Government intends to load a copy of the Government [manning requirement] estimate to the competition library on 17 Feb 2014. This data will be provided for guidance only. The acceptability and degree of risk of the offeror's manning will be based on the overall proposed technical approach and substantiation. The Government intends to host a teleconference on 18 Feb 2014 at 1:00pm EST to walk potential offerors through the process used to develop the Government manning estimate. Additional information regarding this teleconference will be posted to FedBizOpps." The following additional information is provided regarding the 18 February teleconference. Offerors are invited to phone in utilizing the following phone number and access code: 301-342-5802, Conference ID 4405157#. Please phone in 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start time and await the beginning of the briefing; attendees will not identify themselves or the company they represent. The briefing will start promptly at 1:00pm EST. The Government intends to post briefing documents to FedBizOpps on 17 February 2014. The phone-con will be audio only, so please have hard copies of the briefing materials available for reference during the phone-con. The Government requests that if your company intends to phone in, you provide notification to Ms. Meghan Huett (meghan.huett@navy.mil) and Ms. Noelle Reimers (noelle.reimers@navy.mil) NLT noon EST Monday, 17 February. In order for the Government to assure it has sufficient phone line capacity, please provide the number of individual phone-ins you anticipate will be made by your company. The Government appreciates contractor efforts to consolidate attendee phone-in locations, thereby assisting in assuring sufficient phone line capacity is available. The walk-through is anticipated to be approximately 90 minutes in duration and will address the previously-mentioned manning information, as well as some brief pre-proposal information. Potential offerors will be given an opportunity to ask questions on an anonymous basis. Any contractor questions and Government responses presented during the phone-con will be posted on FedBizOpps. No other information capturing the Government presented walk-though comments will be provided on FedBizOpps. Please monitor FebBizOpps on 17 February 2014 for posting of the documents to be utilized during the phone-con.
