Description
The Governement intends to solicit for Locksmith services on a total small business set aside basis as follows: Statement of Work for Locksmith Services The requirement is for a 1 year base contract with four (4) 1-yr. option periods to provide on-site locksmith service to Joint Staff-managed facilities/spaces in Hampton Roads, which include: 116 and 116B Lake View Parkway, Suffolk, VA Bldg. NH-19 & NH-95, Naval Support Activity Norfolk, VA Bldg. X-132, Naval Station Norfolk, VA Bldg. 870 Ft. Eustis, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Newport News, VA The annual anticipated requirement includes: Locksmith services for approximately 1000 Schlage/Corbin Russwin D-cylinders Locksmith services for approximately 500 S&G and/or Kaba Mas X07, X08, X09 and CDX version locks Locksmith services for approximately 250 red and black label GSA standard security containers All applicable materials and supplies to accomplish repairs Locksmith company should be able to repair or refurbish, upon JS-SMO request, all sizes of GSA certified class 6 security containers utilizing either the on-site inventory of government security containers or what is provided by the vendor, whichever is most cost-advantageous to the government. Invoices to be processed in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) after the end of each month Service Response time: Emergency services: within (2) hours of service call to vendor Non-emergency services: within (24) hours of service call to vendor There is no requirement for awardee vendor to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. A cleared Joint Staff escort with appropriate clearance level will accompany the vendor when reporting on site for tasks. Regular working hours are 0800-1730 Monday thru Friday
