Description: Issuance date of the solicitation: 26 February 2014 Note to offerors: The service consists in the cutting and replanting of planned dangerous trees and in emergency situations. 149 trees shall be cutting and replanting. Four emergency cutting of trees are included in the solicitation Performance period: 150 calendar days from the release of the passes SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on 06 MARCH 2014 at 13:30 hrs MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIT: Gate 27, depot Area, Via Aurelia (Pisa). Only the persons which have provided the personal data will be allowed to perform the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby gate. The offerors no present on the list will be denied the entrance of the Base. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 20 February 2014 to the following e-mail address: cristina.pancaccini2.ln@mail.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the number of the solicitation and the following information about the person will be present at the site visit : First name,Last name, type of document and number of document. This information will be submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain the authorization to enter the installation.
