- Solicitaion Letter 3rd Quarter Quote sheet SF 1449 3rd Qtr 2014 The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury Ct. intends to issue a solicitation for the Quarterly Requirements of Subsistence, Meat, Kosher, Bread, Dairy, and Eggs. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin April 1, 2014. All items are a onetime shipment, (exception for dairy, bread and eggs) and must be received before June 30, 2014). Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 1/2 Pembroke Road, Danbury CT., 06811. The proposed contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quote. Quoters are always expected to: 1) Deliver the product on the time as agreed. 2) Deliver the precise quantity requested. 3) Submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery.
