- Solicitation This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. Sole Source Procurement The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, AVALEX Technologies, 2665 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit, negotiate, and enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Commercial Supply Contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for a period of five years after date of contract for the following procurement: CLIN0001 - TT&E P/N AVM4093XHV QTY - Undefined CLIN0002 - TT&E P/N AVM4173 QTY - Undefined CLIN0003 - TT&E P/N AVM4173T QTY - Undefined CLIN0004 - TT&E P/N AVM4090T QTY - Undefined CLIN0005 - TT&E and Minor Repair P/N AVM4093XHV QTY - Undefined CLIN0006 - TT&E and Minor Repair P/N AVM4173 QTY - Undefined CLIN0007 - TT&E and Minor Repair P/N AVM4173T QTY - Undefined CLIN0008 - TT&E and Minor Repair P/N AVM4090T QTY - Undefined CLIN0009 - TT&E and Major Repair P/N AVM4093XHV QTY - Undefined CLIN0010 - TT&E and Major Repair P/N AVM4173 QTY - Undefined CLIN0011 - TT&E and Major Repair P/N AVM4173T QTY - Undefined CLIN0012 - TT&E and Major Repair P/N AVM4090T QTY - Undefined Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation.
