- DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of one NSN, 6210-01-617-1310 (LED / Solid State Lighting system), under solicitation number SPE8E7-14-R-0003. Approved source of supply: Energy Focus, Inc. (1BD15), P/N EFO-X003-232,1-BL without receptacle Vendors who wish to submit an alternate offer MUST submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package with their proposal. Solicitation period will be 30 days; Approximate Issue Date: February 26, 2014, Approximate Closing Date: March 28, 2013. This procurement will be for a Requirements Contract (see FAR 16.502). The contract will consist of a one-year base and four possible one-year options. The required delivery schedule is 154 days ADO for each NSN. Deliveries will be CONUS and OCONUS. An award is anticipated by the end of July 2014. A ll proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with Firm-Fixed Pricing for the one-year base and each of the four option periods. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation. Vendors are also required to submit Certified Cost or Pricing Data with their proposal (please review the DFARS Proposal Adequacy Checklist, DFARS 252.215-7009). NOTE: Copies of the solicitation package will not become available until the solicitation issue date; copies will be made available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage select "RFP/IFB's" from the top toolbar. Then search by the subject solicitation number. RFPs are in portable documents format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at https://www.adobe.com. This solicitation will not be made available through electronic data interchange (EDI). No hard copies of the solicitation are available.
