Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare Systems, San Juan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research in order to provide to the VA US Virgin Islands CBOC's St Croix and St Thomas all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, materials and transportation to pick up, transport, eradicate, disposal and provide a complete biomedical waste collections services. Offerors shall have an established business in US Virgin Islands to provide local services at the time when solicitation will be issued. Contractor shall conform with all regulations, Federal, Virgin Islands, city laws, local regulations, OSHA, EPA, EQB, CDC, JCAHO. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation package is available. Interested person may identify their capabilities by responding to this notice by February 13, 2014, 9:00am Puerto Rico time. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Submission of documentation requested will be accepted in writing via e-mail at : Mary.Gugliano@va.gov.
