- Description
- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the project described below. The principal components of the work involve the removal of three (3) existing aggregate berm oil containment basins with geotextile liner and installation of three (3) concrete oil containment basins at the Carpenter Substation, Utica Junction Substation, and Letcher Substations, all located in South Dakota and installation of one (1) sump pump and drainage pipe at the Carpenter Substation, South Dakota, as well as related sitework. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code that applies to this requirement is 238110 and the applicable size standard is $14.0M. It is anticipated that the solicitation, specification and applicable drawings will post on or about February 26, 2014.
