Description

This Modification to Solicitation VA263-14-R-0901 attaches the A-E Interview score sheet which will be used in evaluating the SF330 submissions by the evaluation teams. This score sheet shows the posted Weights for each factor as well as the raw score key the evaluators will use in their evaluations Once the evaluator evaluates a factor and assigns a raw score, that raw score will be multiplied to the weighted value to arrive at a weighted score. These scores will then be totaled for a total weighted score. Evaluation Factor VII (Estimating Effectiveness) has dollar thresholds of less than $5,000.00 to Over $100,000.00, these amounts are for the design costs of your submitted projects. Each design will be compared against the design cost to Final construction bids received. If you are submitting Qualification packages for more than one region, a separate package must be sent for each region your firm would like to provide services in.
