Description THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR SOLICITATION THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSTING IS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL SOURCES The Department of Veterans Affairs is evaluating the feasibility of establishing contracts for various prosthetic limb components to provide a simplified method of ordering and payment processing for VA prosthetic labs. There are approximately 78 VA stations that offer orthotic and prosthetic services that would potentially use this ordering methodology. At this time we are seeking to identify potential suppliers of four categories of components for lower limb prosthetics (artificial limbs), 1.Prosthetic feet, 2. Prosthetic knees, 3. Prosthetic liners, and 4. pylons, tubes and connectors (pyramid, etc.). If you are interested in providing these items the VA requests the following information: Company Name, physical address, web address, point of contact, point of contact phone number, point of contact email address, number of employees, DUNS number, catalog or link to online catalog or other product descriptions, and an indication as to whether or not you are currently supplying products to the VA or other Federal Government agencies.
