Description

The Philadelphia VA Medical Center (VISN 4) is requesting information and or sources sought for medical equipment as follows: MDRF1 Generator and Accessory Kit Stretta 8800 Catheter & Accessories Retun Electrodes Mederi RF Generator, Stretta Disposable Catheters Return Electrodes are required for the delivery of submucosal needles to the Gastroesophageal junction for treatment of Gastroesophogeal reflux disease. Information provided should include specification and brochures citing product offerings Compnies providing information will have to be registered in SAM.
