- Attachment 2 - Personal History Statement Attachment 1 - Government Furnished Property Solicitation for Gardening Services in U.S. Consulate General Osaka-Kobe Cover Letter The U.S. Consulate General in Osaka, Japan, requires a gardening service contractor to perform gardening services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government in Osaka. The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with four one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The U.S. Government plans to issue the Request for Quotations (RFQ) in early February 2014. This RFQ will be issued via the FedBizOpps. Please see the RFQ for actual response due date. No paper copies will be mailed and no electronic quotations shall be accepted. Note: The times and dates specified in the Request for the Quotations are local times and dates (Tokyo time).
