- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey/Request for Information to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources. Responses to this market survey will be used to develop the Source List to be used when the solicitation for this requirement is issued. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with vendor's market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. RESPONSE TO THIS MARKET SURVEY: Any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. The FAA is seeking competent and qualified service contractors interested in providing offers for this project. The vendor will be required to provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to perform Grass Cutting Services at the (3) FAA locations listed below: Federal Aviation Administration QUZ ARSR Hanna City Radar Site 14617 W. Farmington Rd. Hanna City, IL 61536 Federal Aviation Administration PIA VOR 12415 W. Grafelman Road Hanna City, IL 61536 Federal Aviation Administration PIA OM 3139 Edgewater Drive Pekin, IL 61554 Statements of work along with site drawings for each location is attached. 1. The estimated offer range for this project is less than $25,000 for a one year period. 2. Contractors must have active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) formally Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before award can be made. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov. For help in SAM registration, you may contact the SAM Help line on Monday “ Friday 8a.m. to 8 Pm.. ET at 866-606-8220. All interested contractors must submit their request and attachment/s either by fax to (847) 294-8050 or e:mail to peggy.ctr.duncan@faa.gov no later than 5:00 pm (CST) on February 14, 2014.
