- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Lumenis, Inc, in the estimated amount of $30,795.00 for parts necessary for the repair of the UP Encore C02 Unit. Lumenis, Inc has the proprietary rights as the OEM to include all software, parts, and maintenance for the Government Owned Equipment located at MAMC. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures
