- Description
- The National Information Technology Commodity Program is soliciting responsible interested 8a and or hubzone contractors to provide Program Support in accordance with the attached draft performance work statement (PWS). 8a and or hubzone contractors who are interested and capable of providing the required services should contact Dwayne Cannon at dwayne.cannon@gsa.gov. See attached Draft Scope for details. •· The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform program support, cost and price analysis, assist with development of government estimates, procurement processing, acquisition and contract management, contract closeout services. •· The Contractor shall provide senior administrative and program support services and all necessary management, non-personal support services, and administrative support to accomplish each task set forth herein. Non-personal support services in this contract include administrative support for the following tasks: mail processing, facsimile receiving/sending, telephone calling/answering, greeting/receiving of visitors, copying and scanning documents, electronic and manual data entry, employee time card maintenance, monitoring office supplies, and typing/filing of official correspondence in support of travel, training, personnel, mail, project reports and other administrative functions as required. The contractor shall also provide program support related to the tracking and assigning of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, arranging conference and meeting reservations/ accommodations, assist in preparing training and general presentation materials, input of information into various databases, and assist in requesting, monitoring and consolidating various information related to management data calls and miscellaneous requests for information.
