- Requirements: Sierra Army Depot has a requirement for furnish and install reservoir floating cover. Set Asides: This procurement is for Hubzone set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 14. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is February 5, 2014 and closes March 11, 2014 at 2:00pm PST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Site Visit: Scheduled for February 20, 2014 at 1000am in building 60. Submit visitor request form to Pass and ID within 48 business hours, 530-827-4675. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through ASFI, Attn: Tamara Gage or emailed to tamara.a.gage.civ@mail.mil. Questions are encouraged to be posted on the ASFI website. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 7 days of the closure date, March 11 2014. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
