Description

SF 18 The solicitation N00421-14-T-0123 is issued as a request for quotation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Crucial M500 Solid State Drive, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. See Attached RFQ Interested persons may submit a quote no later than 10-Feb-2014 by 4:00PM EST. All responses that meet specified requirements will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. Please quote all items or none. The Government will not pay for any information received.
