- Pre-Solicitation Notice Date Submitted: 03 February 2014 AFSC/PZIMA DIR CONTRACTING, 3001 STAFF DR., POST 2S73, TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3303 The contractor will provide vocational/technical and systems training services; provide courseware and training schedule support; facilitate and support the provision of vocational/technical training utilizing contractor-acquired property (CAP), government-furnished property (GFP) and contractor-owned property; and provide program support. SOL No. FA8125-14-R-0008. SOLICITATION POSTING APPROXIMATE 18 February 2014. PR F3YCEL3233A001 This announcement is only a notice. A written solicitation will be issued at a later date. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit competitively. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals until the actual solicitation is posted. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, contemplates negotiating a Total Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) contract for the acquisition of the non-personal services listed below: Provide vocational/technical training to meet the needs of civilian and military personnel and provide systems training to meet the needs of new employees and to increase the skill levels of current employees. Provide contractor support for the development, review and revision of training courseware and in the management of training schedules. Facilitate and support the provision of vocational/technical training utilizing government furnished property (GFP), contractor-acquired property (CAP), and contractor-owned property. Provide program support in the following areas: DRMS (scrap turn-in); Base Supply (ordering, receiving, turn-in); Bench Stock upkeep; Equipment Custodian; GFP management; hazardous material handling; hazardous waste disposal, facility (or 'facilities?) management, Information Technology (IT) management (including help desk work orders) and security. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is contemplated. The following line item types are contemplated: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH) and Cost Reimbursement (CR). All work and services are to be performed as called for in Performance Work Statement (PWS). There are not any known data rights for this service. Contemplated Period Of Performance (POP): Basic Period POP: 01 August 2014 through 31 July 2015 Option Period I: POP: 01 August 2015 through 31 July 2016 Option Period II: POP: 01 August 2016 through 31 July 2017 Receipt of Delivery Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to receive any award.
