- Amendment 0001 to Soliciation FA8126-14-Q-0008 This notice is to extend the response date for this 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE requirement to 14 February 2014, 2 pm, Central Standard Time. You must have a current/active CAGE Code at https ://www.sam.gov to be eligible for this award. Inactive CAGE Codes usually take 2-4 weeks to get updated. If you submit a quote and your CAGE Code is not active, the Government will not hold up award pending your CAGE code to be registered in https://www.sams.gov. NOTE: If your business size has changed and you are no longer a small business owner, you are ineligible for award. For your quote to be responsive, the following documentation must be submitted to cynthia.edwards@tinker.af.mil : 1. A complete detailed explanation that substantiates on how the submitted proposal meets the intent of this solicitation and all aspects of the technical evaluation criteria listed on Pages 4-5 of the solicitation FA8126-14-Q-0008. A statement of "I Concur" or "Concur" will NOT be accepted for the technical evaluation criteria. 2. A "marked with X copy" for DFARS Clauses 252.209-7999 on Pages 2-3 of the Amendment 0001, 3. Page 1 of the Amendment signed (completing Block 15 A-C), along with Page 1 of the solicitation (completing Block 30A-C) signed/dated 4. Page 3 of the solicitation pricing line item 0001 on the solicitation. Shipping charges must be included for line item 0001 - separate shipping charges are not allowable for commercial contracts with the Government. DEADLINE : The quote/response for this buy must be received by email to cynthia.edwards@tinker.af.mil by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH 2 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME NO LATE QUOTE SUBMISSIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED.
