- Since we have not yet provided the DD254, the due date for all quotes has been extended through Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 4 PM Eastern Time. We expect to upload the DD254 very soon. The information provided in the DD254 has already been described in the RFQ and SOW documents; however, since the contractor is required to sign the DD254 we have extended the solicitation closing date. All information including Past Performance Surveys must be received by February 6, 2014 by 4 PM Eastern Time.
