Description
Jacobs & HDR Joint Venture (large business), Arlington, Va. 22201, is being awarded an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract with a maximum amount of $60,000,000 for analysis of Navy and other Department of Defense (DoD) facilities infrastructure for various locations throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's (NAVFAC) area of responsibility (AOR), worldwide. No task orders are being issued at this time. The work will be performed at various Navy and other DoD facilities within the NAVFAC AOR including, but not limited to NAVFAC Midlant (20 percent), NAVFAC Southeast (20 percent), NAVFAC Washington (15 percent), NAVFAC Southwest (10 percent), NAVFAC Northwest (10 percent), NAVFAC Midwest (10 percent), NAVFAC EURAFSWA (10 percent) and NAVFAC Pacific AOR (5%). The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of January 2019. Contract funds in the amount of $10,000 will be obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with five proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (contract number N62470-14-D-3005). The work to be performed provides for support of the Navy ™s Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Program. The specific services to be provided include, but are not limited to: Linear Segmentation (LS) of Navy and other DoD facility assets; Performance of Engineering studies, surveys, and assessments; On shore facilities planning services to incorporate results of information systems (e.g., iNFADS); Provide Infrastructure Condition Assessment Program (ICAP) support Support Electronic Operation and Maintenance Support Information (eOMSI) submittal development and implementation; Re-commissioning and Retro-commissioning of facilities including accomplishment of required facility modifications. Includes development and accomplishment of Measurement and Verification (M&V) Plans; Development of Facilities Management Efficiency Initiatives and processes Contractor point of contact is Thomas Nielsen, (571) 218-1294.
