Contract type is Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract; Unrestricted Acquisition. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Approved source: Ward Leonard, CAGE 20019, Awardee: ECI Defense Group, CAGE 3SDB5 P/N # 229B3507G1S2, NSN #: 6110-012900414, QTY 7.00 ea. The delivery requested is 33 5 DARO. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Configuration Control applies. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. Progress Payments are not offered as the conditions at FAR 32.5 have not been met; any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package. The synopsis/solicitation issue date is September 4, 2013 and the close date is October 28, 2013.
