Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Wheelchair Van Services The Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., PA 19320, intends to release Solicitation VA244-14-R-0290 for wheelchair van Services. These services will require the contractor to furnish wheelchair van services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, for the beneficiaries of the Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., PA 19320. The intent of this contract is to furnish wheelchair van services which include all necessary personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, and supplies, to the Coatesville VA Medical Center, in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after February 4, 2014. This full solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 485991, Wheelchair Van Services, size standard $14,000,000.00. This will be a Fixed Price, Requirements Contract with a base period of six (6) months plus four (4) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Any SDVOSB and VOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed.
