Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6-streamlined procedures for commercial items, in conjunction with far subpart 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a base plus four (4) year option contract. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside requirement only qualified offerors may submit bids. Solicitation VA-249-14-Q-0269 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this action is 492110 and size standard is 1,500 employees. Any firm that does not meet the capability and size standard under this NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. Wage determination WD 05-2495 Revision 16 dated 06/25/2013 applies to this request and can be accessed at the below link: http://www.wdol.gov/wdo/scafiles/std In order to be considered for a government award, the firm must be registered in SAM @ www.sam.gov and be capable of providing courier service, seven days per week from 3:30PM thru 8:00 AM Monday thru Friday and 24 hour service on weekends and holidays to include federal holidays. This service is required for the VA Medical Center - Memphis: 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. See the attached Statement of Work for additional information. In order to be responsive, the firm must offer a quote on all itemized items and total base year including all option years pricing as provided below.
