Solicitation No. 3WA0490 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Aberdeen Delineated Area: City Limits of Aberdeen, WA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,150 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,150 Space Type: Office, Vault Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 3 (if available) Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 (if structured is unavailable) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Two 5-year options Additional Requirements: Minimum 250 lbs per square foot floor load for 600-1,000 ABOA secure storage room or vault. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic (RP8) and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: February 11, 2014 Market Survey (Estimated): February 2014 Occupancy (Required): August 2014 Expressions of interest must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; • ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); • Date of space availability; • Building ownership information; • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
