- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure ADP Software. The software are being procured on a sole source basis from RAC Corp of San Deigo, CA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
