Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for Stake, Guy. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed price buy with a 100% option for a QTY of 1504 ea. This is a 2R item. This procurement will be solicited as unrestrictive in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This item a part number from an approved source of supply: Engineered Arresting Systems, Cage 21439, P/N 52C7755-1. Item has a First Article Test - Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Required delivery is 360 days ARO with FAT. Delivery is requested at 270 days if FAT is waived. It is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. The anticipated solicitation issue date is on or about February 14,2014 with a closing date of March 14, 2014. The anticipated award date is March 24, 2014.
