- Notice of Intent Leased Space for the United States Federal Government Erie, Pennsylvania Requirement: The General Services Administration currently occupies 1,865 rentable square feet of contiguous office space in Erie, Pennsylvania, for which it has a continuing need. The Government intends to exercise a five (5) year renewal option at the current location. The Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all space requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include costs of all tenant improvements, the physical move, move coordination, telecommunications costs, security costs, etc. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed. The Government requires approximately 1,865 rentable square feet of space, which must be contiguous. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Delineated area: Erie, Pennsylvania Lease Term/Occupancy: Five years. Occupancy by October 2014. Expressions of Interest must be received no later than February 7, 2014, and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet, and 3) BOMA Office Area Rate per Square Foot.
