- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 5895-01-267-4945, Panel, Indicator which is identified by Northrop Grumman Guidance and Electronics Company, CAGE 06481, P/N 169121 and CMP Display Systems, Inc., CAGE 59057, P/N 169121-0001-W. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted on the basis of other than full and open competition. The estimated annual quantity is 24 each for the base year and each option year. A guaranteed minimum of 6 each applies to the base year only. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 161days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
