- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for Heavy Equipment parts, materials, supplies, and maintenance services for Division of Transportation, Force Accounts, Farmington, NM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A14PS00165, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 423120, Size standards in number of employees is 100. Scope of Work: The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Region Office, Force Accounts Department of Transportation has a requirement for Heavy Equipment parts, materials, supplies, and maintenance services. A minimum order of $2,500 and a maximum of $80,000. Vendor must notify the point of contact to confirm delivery date and time, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm and closed on Federal Holidays and weekends. Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Rosenbaum Construction Co.,Inc. located in Farmington, NM. for heavy equipment parts, materials, supplies, and service may include: seals, gaskets, o-rings, regulators, pumps, air filters, oil filters, skid plates, couplers, valves, cores, elements, reservoirs, fuses, covers, caps cleaners, cutting edges, bolts, nuts, screws, was hers, and any other items identified as heavy equipment and light duty vehicle parts, materials, and supplies, etc. Service may include rebuilding hydraulics pumps, trash pumps, etc. For the following equipment: 3-D8 Cat Dozer, 2-D6 Cat Dozer, D7 Cat Dozer; 4 Cat Motorgraders (2six wheel drive); 2-200D John Deere Excavators, 315 CAT Excavator; 2688 Skid Steer Loader w/Mulcher, Brush Hog; 2-Backhoes, Power Washer, Trash Baskets; Kubota Farm Tractor w/seeder and Discs; 938G Cat loader Fleet of Dump Trucks; 3 Ton Roustabout Truck; Heavy Haul Trucks with 50 Ton Capacity Period of Performance Dater of Award to September 30, 2014 Authorized Personnel to Place Orders: Point of Contact for delivery will be Beverly Lee, at the Force Accounts, Department of Transportation, Farmington, NM is authorized to place orders against this agreement. Orders must be placed in accordance with established ordering procedures as specified in the BPA agreement. If multiple agreements are set up, then the Authorized Personnel, must place orders equally amount all agreements. Pricing and Estimated Quantity: This solicitation will result in a single or multiple agreement. The dollar limitation for any individual order is $80,000.00. Basis of Award: The Government intends to award a single or multiple agreement expiring on September 30, 2014, award(s) will only be made to those quoters offering a reasonable price to include delivery of fuel. Vendor must be available locally within 50 mile radius of Farmington, NM Period of Performance is Date of Award to September 30, 2014.
