- The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a continuing requirement for multi-disciplinary Medical services at Naval Health Clinics and associated branch clinics as well as any DoD or Coast Guard Military Treatment Facility (MTF) within the Southeastern United States to include the states of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas. This need will be satisfied by sole source bridges to contracts N62645-09-D-5001, N62645-09-D-5002, N62645-09-D-5003, N62645-09-D-5004, N62645-09-D-5005, N62645-09-D-5006 and N62645-09-D-5007 to extend services of the firm-fixed price, personal services contracts. Award will be made to incumbents CasePro, Inc. Catalyst Professional Services Inc., Cherokee Medical Services, Chesapeake Educational Services, LLC, OMV Medical Inc., Professional Performance Development Group, Inc, Saratoga Medical Center, Inc., and TCMP Staffing Services LLC on firm-fixed price IDIQ contracts. Services will be required starting 01 May 2014 through no later than 31 January 2015. These companies are the only known contractors that can provide continuity of care via the bridge contracts with health care workers who have been privileged to work at the aforementioned sites. The lead-time required for an alternate contractor to recruit and hire a replacement staff, submit Individual Professional Files for each health care worker and for the sites to complete the privileging process does not exist prior to 01 May 2014. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement in a proposal to this office by 2:00 pm, EDST, on Wednesday, 12 February 2014, by email to Acquisitions@med.navy.mil (reference code 021S in subject line). Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No documents exist and no further information is available at this time.
