Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract with BAE Systems Information and Electronic, Nashua, New Hampshire, for OE-120 Antenna Group Production Units and the Associated Technical Data. In the Base Year - FY15, a quantity of approximately 7 OE-120(V) Antenna Group Production Units and in the Option Year- FY16 approximately 5 Antenna Group Production Units. This contract may also procure the nonrecurring and productionizaton efforts required to implement a Class 1 Engineering Change Proposal that redesigns the OE-120 Antenna to address obsolescence issues. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10 U.S.C., 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.230-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
