- Description
- The U.S. Army Reserves currently has a requirement for Snow Removal Services at the MAJ James J. O'Donovan AFRC, 90 North Main Street, Albany, NY 12203. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide the requested services. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be 15 February 2014 to 14 February 2015 with 4 option years. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings). The small business size standard for this NAICS is $7M. A solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 28 January 2014 with an anticipated award date of 15 February 2014. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose offer is the lowest price that is found to be technically acceptable. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Managements (SAMs) found at https://www.sam.gov. Representations and certifications must also be completed before award and can be done so at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Payments for the resulting contract will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
