The project (Translating Effective Practices from Research, Marketing and Design, or Transform) provides specialized technical assistance in behavior change and communication to USAID Missions and their implementing partners, which includes rigorous monitoring and/or evaluation, documentation, and diffusion of effective practices. USAID's Bureau for Global Health supports projects spanning reproductive health and family planning; HIV/AIDS; maternal and child health; nutrition; tuberculosis; and infectious disease. These projects seek to improve and enhance health service delivery; support for commodities and logistical management; research and evaluation; and education and communication, among other areas.
