Description

The Wilmington VA Medical Center, 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Service contract award to a Small Business (SB). Scope of work includes delivering approximately 14,000 gallons of #2 fuel oil each time an order is placed within 2-5 days' notice. The total number of gallons of fuel oil delivered will depend on the Medical Center fuel requirements. The period of performance for this service will be for one year. Award will be made based on the price per gallon, how long the fuel quote is good for and how fast the fuel can be delivered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 213112. The U.S. Small Business Administration Size Standard is $7,000,000.00. The SOLICITATION issue date will be approximately JANUARY 29, 2014 with an approximate response date of JANUARY 30, 2014 at 3:00 PM (EST). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Priced Contract. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site https://www.fbo.gov/. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the EPS website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
