- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of 365 calendar days and four one-year options. The MATOC is for a window replacement and patch and paint construction effort at the Alaska Fire Service barracks located at Ft. Wainright near Fairbanks, Alaska. The solicitation for the MATOC will be restricted to small businesses. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 15, Negotiated Procurement using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Process. The government will consider past performance, technical factors and price as the basis for selecting awardees. The government anticipates awarding up to three (3) contracts to those firms whose proposals are determined to be the most beneficial to the government. Subsequent (individual) task orders will be awarded pursuant to FAR 16.505 - Ordering, the terms and conditions of the contract, and in accordance with the task order terms and conditions including the designated Statement of Work. Individual task orders awarded against the MATOC will be competed, in accordance with the ordering instructions among other IDIQ awardees and will have a minimum task order value of $5,000.00 cumulatively. BLM intends to issue all documents to include the initial solicitation, amendments, clarifications letters and other applicable documents electronically. Offerors are solely responsible for obtaining solicitation documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (http://www.fbo.gov). Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
