Description

Sole Source Justification THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The 502 Contracting Squadron (502 CONS) intends to solicit a quote and enter into a contract with Optimal Idm for Virtual Identity Server Software License and Support Services (to include Annual Product Support and Maintenance, Professional Services, and, Administrator Training), 3959 Van Dyke Rd. Suite #190, Lutz, Florida, 33558 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The intent of 502 CONS is to award one Firm Fixed Price purchase order based on a fair and reasonable determination. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at Robyn.a.villafranco.civ@mail.mil. All comments received before 11 Feb 14, 12:00 PM will be considered.
