Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for solicitation number VA247-14-Q-0264. The resulting contract is for monthly inspection services for PA systems components located at CAVHCS, 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee AL. 36083 and outlying buildings; the PA systems located at CAVHCS Columbus Clinic, 1310 13th AVE, Columbus GA. 31901, and the PA systems located at the CAVHCS Montgomery Campus 215 N Perry Hill Road, Montgomery AL. 36109. The contract shall comprise of monthly inspection and testing of the impendence and audible output of each zone from the junctions in all TELCO rooms, in all buildings, and all floors, and provide a detailed monthly report for all the foregoing locations. This acquisition is issued as restricted to small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 811213. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced Type contract with a base period and four (4) renewable one year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 25, 2014. The estimated closing date is January 29, 2014. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offeror's are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offerors need to be registered in the Systems for Award management (SAMS) database at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1 prior to submission of proposal. All Contractors MUST be registered in SAMS to do business with the federal government and annually ensure the information is current at the Business Partner Network http://www.bpn.gov.
