Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for solicitation number VA247-14-Q-0269. The resulting contract is for the replacement of three pairs of electrical feed line from the transformer outside of building to the subbasement of building 3A. The existing wiring shall be removed and discarded. CAVHCS, 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee AL. 36083. This acquisition is issued as restricted to small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 238210. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced Type contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 25, 2014. The estimated closing date is January 31, 2014. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offeror's are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offerors need to be registered in the Systems for Award management (SAMS) database at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1 prior to submission of proposal. All Contractors MUST be registered in SAMS to do business with the federal government and annually ensure the information is current at the Business Partner Network http://www.bpn.gov.
