- Indian Health Services - Gallup, New Mexico, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Dataray, Inc., 1141 SE Grand BLVD STE 105, Oklahoma City, OK 73129-6708 to support the IT, 3w Nursing, 2W Nursing, ICU nursing, Womens Health unit nursing & 4 south nursing with Equipment/Services to the Gallup Indian Medical Center at 516 E. Nizhoni BLVD, 87301. This procurement of equipment/services is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Subpart 13.501(a), Special Documentation Requirements. The justification and approval document will be made publically within 14 days of contract award in accordance with FAR 13.501 (a)(iii). The anticipated award date is January 31, 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. This pre-solicitation notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact by submitting no more than a five (5) page capability statement. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time on January 30, 2014. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any additional documentation is available upon request. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
