- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Youth Ministries Service Coordinator at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124C10317560 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-72. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813110 with a NAICS size standard of $7M. SET ASAIDE TYPE: This requirement is being synopsized and solicited as Unrestricted Full and Open competition. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBERS (CLINs): See ATTACHMENT 1 for CLINs and pricing sheet. Contractor shall complete ATTACHMENT 1 with CLIN pricing. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: This requirement is a non-personal services contract to provide youth ministry coordination. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The services of a Chapel Youth Ministry Contractor falls under the Garrison Chaplain as defined in the Command Master Religious Program (CMRP). The need for youth ministry falls under the requirements to provide quality Family ministry and religious education for Soldiers, Families, and authorized Civilians. The goal of the Chapel Youth Ministry Program is to provide quality ministry to Chapel and Community youth through religious instruction, fellowship activities, mentoring programs, ministry and service projects that will enhance spiritual growth and improve quality of life through an operation that shall give a sense of continuity and familiarity in its ministry style and programs.
