- Delineated Area Advertisement U.S. GOVERNMENT National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) seeks to lease the following space: Project 14EKF0053C State: Virginia City: Virginia Beach Delineated Area: Both sides of the boundaries from: the intersection of Ocean Shore Avenue and Maple Street headed south to the intercoastal shoreline. From the intersection of the Maple Street and the intercoastal shoreline head west, northwest on the intercoastal shoreline to Lynnhaven Inlet. East from the Lynnhaven inlet following the coastline to Ocean Shore Avenue and Maple Street. See attached delineated map. Minimum Sq. Ft.: 25' long x 5' wide Maximum Sq. Ft.: 29' long x 5' wide Space Type: Dry Boat Storage Unit Parking Spaces (Surface/Reserved): One (1) on-site parking for boat trailer Full Term: 10 Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: See below Procurement Summary A. Statement of Requirements: The Government requires dry boat storage unit yielding a minimum of 25' long x 5' wide square feet to a maximum of 29' long x 5'wide together with an onsite boat trailer parking space. The proposed term of the lease is for ten (10) years, with termination rights to be negotiated. The desired area of consideration is described in the Delineated Area above. Additional Requirements: Proposed space is to consist of an interior dry boat storage space with the ability to launch the boat directly into the water. Seven day a week access and a secure dock space for overnight docking. The facility must offer a fuel dock and an area to wash the vessel and flush the engine after use. Offered space shall not be in the in the flood plain. B. Projected Dates: Expressions of Interest Due: February 10, 2014 Market Survey (Estimated): February 17, 2014 Offers Due (Estimated): February 24, 2014 Occupancy : To be determined at a later date C. Required Information: Expressions of interest must be submitted by mail or electronically format to the addresses on Section D by 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on February 10, 2014 and must include the following information: • Facility name, address and the location of the available space within the facility. • Boat storage unit availability and expected rental rate to include all utilities for the use of the boat storage unit. • Date of space availability. • Facility ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and any costs associated with parking. • List of facility services provided.
