- The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Arena Sports Marketing, LLC, 101 Marietta St STE 1900, Atlanta GA 30303-2771 for the purchase of a sponsorship with the Atlanta Hawks. Arena Sports Marketing, LLC is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this service for the Atlanta Hawks at the Phillips Arena. Due to its exclusive licensing agreement with the National Basketball Association, only one franchise is authorized to operate in Atlanta, GA at the Phillips Arena. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by January 28,2014 3:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
