- The General Services Administration is seeking interested Small Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses that can perform the Scope of Work listed below: Tank Spill Protection and Monitoring Nashville Court House TN0052AA 1. GENERAL: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND SUPERVISION FOR Tank Spill Protection and Monitoring NEW WORK: FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING: Contractor shall provide and install an fuel leak sensor (Veeder Root TSL 330c or other like equipped) System must be able to have remote monitoring and send alerts to GSA personnel System must also have an on-site printer All connections and electrical work must be performed by contractor shall be to NEC standards Contractor shall repair the clean fuel vault. Which includes but not limited to hydraulic crack repair, 24" CMU construction and prepping surfaces for epoxy paint Demo opening for access through vault wall from basement mechanical space. Provide and install 2 ea metal lockable doors for the vault 24" above the deck Contractor shall provide and use petroleum resistant epoxy paint for the flooring and 24" min on the interior of the vault. Contractor shall provide Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure plan. This plan shall be developed by a certified by a registered Professional Engineer (PE). By certifying the SPCC Plan, the Professional Engineer, having examined the facility, attests that: 1. (s)he is familiar with the requirements of Part 112; 2. the engineer or their agent has visited and examined the facility; 3. the Plan has been prepared in accordance with good engineering practices, including consideration of applicable industry standards, and with the requirements of Part 112; 4. procedures for required inspections and testing have been established; and 5. the Plan is adequate for the facility.
