- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-14-T-0008 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after January 23, 2014. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20131231. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 336390. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001: Pierce manufactured vehicle Parts ITEM NO 1001: Pierce manufactured vehicle Parts ITEM NO 2001: Pierce manufactured vehicle Parts ITEM NO 3001: Pierce manufactured vehicle Parts ITEM NO 4001: Pierce manufactured vehicle Parts The Government may make a single award to a responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-14-T-0008. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
