- RESPONSE DATE FOR SOLICITATION IS 24 FEB 2014. SEE SOLICITATION AND OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price contract/purchase order with options for the initial quantity of three (3) each for the following NSN: 5998-01-279-7862KV, P/N: 401829, Circuit Card Assembly and Four (4) options with a quantity of 1 - 2 each. The end item for the equipment is in support of the B-52 Modular intermediate Depot Automatic Test Station (MIDATS). SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED 15 DAYS OR THEREAFTER FROM THIS NOTICE. Interested person9s) may identify their interest and capabillity to resond to the requiremenet or submit qoute/proposal(s). This notice of intent is for competive quote/proposal(s) All quote/proposal(s) received within the thirty (30) days after issuance of solicitation, or 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concers, if any concering this acquisition. If the contracting officer dose not satisfy your concersns,an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear seerious concersn that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officeer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals orin the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offeror9s) may contact Ombudsman Kim McDonald at (478) 222-1088.
